simaTrack provides vehicle tracking and fleet management through a web dashboard and a mobile app, according to the agreed plan.
Subscription
- Fees are charged per vehicle according to the selected plan
- The subscription continues until the customer cancels
- Trip history retention varies by plan
Customer responsibilities
The customer agrees to use the service in line with applicable Saudi regulations, and to inform their drivers that tracking devices are fitted to the vehicles.
Service limits
Location accuracy and availability depend on the mobile network, satellite signal, and device condition. Data may be interrupted for reasons outside the platform's control.
