Is the app available on iOS and Android?
Yes. The simaTrack app runs on both, in Arabic and English.
Do alerts arrive when the app is closed?
Yes. Alerts are sent as push notifications and arrive even when the app is not running.
Which alert types are available?
Speeding, harsh braking, ignition on and off, low device battery, and geofence entry and exit.
Can reports be exported?
Yes, to Excel or CSV. Reports can also be scheduled to arrive on a set cadence.
Can I share a vehicle's location with a customer?
Yes, through a track-sharing link. The customer does not need an account.
